The ASP will suggest changes and offer services to bring out the best in your home before it goes to market. These services might include repairs, cleaning, flooring, painting, and home staging. If you prefer to implement these suggestions yourself, First Impression Staging will provide you with a written analysis outlining our suggestions for the fee of $200. Otherwise, our team of designers and contractors will do the work necessary to get your house ready for a quick and profitable sale.

2. Home Staging:
Working with your existing furniture and accessories, we suggest and implement changes to reduce clutter, improve flow, and highlight your home’s style and special features. If called for, we will provide additional furniture and accessories from our extensive inventory.

3. Vacant Home Staging:
We will turn your vacant property into a warm and inviting environment, using Ethan
